INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PROCESS

1. Lead time. Our current lead time is 3-5 business days before dispatch. (Not including public holidays and weekends). They are often completed sooner. All our products are made to order, whether they are personalised or generic and they are made to the highest attention to detail with lots of care.

2. Delicate items. We source top quality material for our products, but a lot of them are fragile and/or have small pieces. Please take care when handling and hanging our products, and keep out of reach of children. Please do not hang anything above cots. 

3. Payment. We ask that all orders are paid for before we begin the design and production process please.  

4. Refund policy. Due to our products being custom made, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind". If we have made an error or there is an issue with your item, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving it and we will do our absolute best to help you and replace the item if necessary. 

5. Shipping. All of our items are made to order, are prepared with lots of care, well packaged for transportation and also include transit Insurance as well as tracking number.
